JAP REGION SWITCH<\/h4>\n\nNot many people know this hardmod that allows to consider the system as a Japanese Master System; what is it for? To ensure that even the game cartridges think that the console in which they are inserted is JAP with consequent changes to the game play (screenshots, names of the characters, etc.); one of the most obvious things is the appearance of the word "SEGA" contained in the game that does not normally appear in European consoles (the one that appears is in fact that of the BIOS). The modification is very simple: just connect to the Ground, with a switch, the pin of an integrated: - PIN 34 if the console is equipped with a 315-5216 chip (typical in older consoles) - PIN 23 if the console is equipped with chip 315-5237 (typical in newer consoles such as the SMS2) the site reports possible damage if the gun is used with this modification active.\n

RCA CONNECTORS<\/h4>\n\nIf you want a direct RCA output, connect these PINs (the black dot corresponds to the white), which you find under the video connector to the relative RCA connectors and fix them in the console case (usually on the back):\n\n

50 \/ 60Hz<\/h4>\n\n\nThis<\/a>\u00a0instead it is the hardmod that allows you to switch from one frequency to another through a switch (valid ONLY for the revision of the PCB called VA3 that you find written on the PCB itself) to solve some incompatibility problems with some games from other regions.
