The accessories to modify in real time the code executed in the consoles (Game Genie for the machine code of the ROMs - Pro Action Replay to search and edit the values in RAM) have become over time objects for rare and sometimes quite expensive collectors; if you come across a Game Genie for SNES for NTSC consoles (usually less expensive than its PAL version) know that it can be modified to easily adapt it to PAL cartridges and I will now explain how:

just cut the tabs highlighted in the picture with cutters and \/ or a dremel and that's it!
Another thing to do is to adapt the SNES slot to make it accept NTSC cartridges or, if you do not want to ruin the beautiful case of your console, remove the plastic case of the Game Genie in such a way as to bypass the problem of the shape of the cartridge; another alternative is to use an adapter; I have successfully used a "Wings" adapter, equipped with a double cartridge slot that can also bypass the game region (the "local" version of the game must be placed in one slot and the "foreign" version in the other):<\/p>
